Our Guest Services team provide such service as bag drop area, rental club requests and post round club cleaning to all golfers. They also operate the golf cart fleet and ensure that all practice facilitates are set up, clean and fully stocked for our guests.
Course Ambassadors have two primary roles. As a “starter” they are responsible for ensuring that golfers begin their round at their assigned time while giving them vital information about the golf course. As an “on course ambassador” they drive the golf ensuring that all groups are playing in a timely, safe manner and assist those that are not. These two roles are rotated between staff throughout their shift.
Golf Shop staff operate the retail space in the golf and sell items to the guests. They also oversee all golf reservations, assist golfers with the check in and payment of green fees and are the hub of communication amongst all the departments and club members.
Course Maintenance staff work outside in all weather conditions and are focused on preparing the golf course and practice facilities for our guests. This includes the irrigation and mowing of all grass and greens, the raking of all bunkers and repairing of any wildlife or weather related damage to the course. The team also determines the location of the tee markers and hole for each day.
Our Culinary staff prepare all the food that is served at the golf club. This includes breakfast, lunch, fine dining and buffet style presentation for tournaments and weddings. They also prepare all burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches and wraps that are served at the on course snack shack and BBQ.
Front of house staff serve guests at the dining facilities throughout the golf club. In the clubhouse this includes the restaurant, member’s lounge and boardroom while on course the facilities are a snack shack and a beverage cart.
